Welcome to The Bamboo Room Fort Worth ("Bamboo Room," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of bambooroomfw.com, the Bamboo Room mobile application, and any services, memberships, reservations, products, or events offered by The Bamboo Room. By accessing our website, creating an account, purchasing a membership or class package, making a reservation, or otherwise using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use our website, mobile application, or services. Eligibility You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to create an account or purchase a membership unless you are using the services under the supervision or with the permission of a parent or legal guardian. By creating an account, you represent that the information you provide is accurate, current, and complete, and you agree to keep your account information updated. User Accounts Certain features of The Bamboo Room require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity occurring under your account. You agree to notify Bamboo Room immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any security breach. The Bamboo Room reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information, violate these Terms, or are used in a fraudulent or abusive manner. Memberships, Packages, and Reservations The Bamboo Room offers memberships, Open Play Class Packages, and other reservation-based services. Membership benefits, pricing, availability, and included services may change from time to time without prior notice. Purchasing a membership or package does not guarantee availability for a particular class or Open Play session, as reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Reservations may be made through our website or mobile application and are subject to availability. The Bamboo Room reserves the right to modify schedules, instructors, class offerings, operating hours, or reservation availability at any time due to business needs, holidays, weather, maintenance, or unforeseen circumstances. Payments and Billing All membership fees, package purchases, merchandise sales, and other charges must be paid at the time of purchase unless otherwise specified. By providing a payment method, you authorize The Bamboo Room and its third-party payment processors to charge the applicable fees associated with your purchases. Memberships designated as recurring subscriptions will automatically renew according to the billing cycle selected during enrollment unless canceled in accordance with the membership terms. You are responsible for ensuring that your payment information remains current. If a payment cannot be processed, The Bamboo Room reserves the right to suspend or terminate your membership until payment has been successfully completed.Except where required by applicable law or otherwise stated in writing, all purchases are final and non-refundable. Cancellation Policy The Bamboo Room maintains a separate Cancellation Policy that governs reservation cancellations, late cancellations, no-show fees, and membership specific cancellation rules. By reserving an Open Play session, purchasing a class package, or enrolling in a membership, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to The Bamboo Room's Cancellation Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Failure to cancel a reservation within the required timeframe may result in the loss of a session, the assessment of late cancellation fees, or other consequences as outlined in the Cancellation Policy.

Waitlists If a class or Open Play session reaches capacity, you may have the opportunity to join a waitlist. Placement on a waitlist does not guarantee a reservation. If a space becomes available, Bamboo Room may automatically add you to the reservation and notify you using the contact information associated with your account. Once added from the waitlist, standard cancellation policies apply. Studio Conduct To ensure an enjoyable experience for all guests, The Bamboo Room expects members and visitors to conduct themselves respectfully while using our facilities and services. Harassment, disruptive behavior, abusive language, discrimination, intoxication, damage to property, cheating during games, or conduct that interferes with the experience or safety of others may result in immediate removal from the premises, suspension or termination of memberships, cancellation of reservations, or denial of future access without refund. Assumption of Risk Participation in Mahjong classes, Open Play sessions, tournaments, workshops, social events, and any other Bamboo Room activities is voluntary. Although The Bamboo Room strives to provide a safe and welcoming environment, participation in any activity carries inherent risks, including accidental injury, illness, slips, falls, or other unforeseen incidents. By participating in The Bamboo Room activities, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with your participation and accept full responsibility for your own health, safety, and personal belongings. You agree that The Bamboo Room shall not be liable for injuries, illnesses, property damage, theft, or other losses except where caused by The Bamboo Room's gross negligence or willful misconduct, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Intellectual Property All content available through The Bamboo Room, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, photographs, graphics, videos, designs, written content, software, lesson materials, branding, and website content, is owned by or licensed to The Bamboo Room and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, or otherwise use any The Bamboo Room content without prior written permission. Acceptable Use You agree to use The Bamboo Room's website, mobile application, and services only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, interfere with the operation or security of our website or mobile application, transmit malicious software, impersonate another individual, misuse reservation systems, or engage in any activity that could damage The Bamboo Room or interfere with another user's experience. Privacy Your use of The Bamboo Room's website, mobile application, and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information. By using our services, you acknowledge that you have reviewed our Privacy Policy and consent to the practices described therein. SMS Terms of Service By providing your mobile telephone number and opting in to receive text messages, you agree to the following SMS Terms of Service. Program Description By opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from The Bamboo Room Fort Worth ("we," "us," "our") at the mobile number you provided. Messages may include appointment reminders, reservation confirmations, waitlist notifications, membership updates, account alerts, promotional offers, event announcements, customer support follow-ups, and other information relating to your relationship with Bamboo Room. Consent to receive these messages is not a condition of any purchase. Message Frequency You may receive up to four (4) text messages per week, although message frequency may vary depending on your reservations, membership activity, and interactions with The Bamboo Room. Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by and payable to your wireless service provider. Please contact your mobile carrier for additional information regarding your messaging or data plan. You may unsubscribe from The Bamboo Room's SMS program at any time by replying STOP to any text message we send. After you send STOP, you will receive a one-time confirmation message, and no further text messages will be sent unless you choose to opt in again by using the original sign-up method or replying START.

Disclaimer of Warranties The Bamboo Room provides its website, mobile application, memberships, reservations, and services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Bamboo Room disclaims all warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, availability, accuracy, and non-infringement. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, The Bamboo Room, its owners, officers, employees, instructors, contractors, affiliates, licensors, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or relating to your use of the website, mobile application, memberships, reservations, products, events, or services, even if The Bamboo Room has been advised of the possibility of such damages. The Bamboo Room's total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Bamboo Room during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Indemnification You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless The Bamboo Room, its owners, employees, contractors, instructors, affiliates, and representatives from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your violation of these Terms, misuse of our website or services, negligent conduct, or infringement of the rights of any third party. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of The Bamboo Room's services shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Tarrant County, Texas, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts. Changes to These Terms The Bamboo Room reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any revisions will become effective upon posting to our website unless otherwise stated. Your continued use of our website, mobile application, memberships, reservations, or services after revised Terms have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
