The Bamboo Room is seeking friendly, outgoing team members to help create an exceptional guest experience in our upscale Mahjong lounge.

Responsibilities include welcoming guests, serving beer and wine (TABC certification required), assisting players, answering phones, processing sales, supporting events and leagues, monitoring the gaming floor, and helping maintain a beautiful, guest-ready environment.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of American Mahjong

  • Current TABC Seller/Server Certification

  • Warm, professional, and engaging personality

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Ability to multitask in a social environment

  • Comfortable with retail sales and basic technology

We are happy to work with your schedule, but reliability is essential. If you commit to a shift, we expect you to be there. Dependability, punctuality, and a positive attitude are non-negotiable.
