Membership Billing Policy

Effective Date: July 30th, 2026

The Bamboo Room memberships are designed to provide convenient, ongoing access to our community and services through recurring billing. By purchasing a membership, you authorize The Bamboo Room to automatically charge the payment method on file for all applicable membership fees, taxes, late cancellation fees, and other authorized charges associated with your account. Membership dues are billed automatically on the same day of each billing cycle based on the membership selected at the time of enrollment. Your membership will continue to renew automatically until canceled in accordance with this Membership Billing Policy.

It is the member's responsibility to maintain a valid payment method and current billing information. If a scheduled payment is declined, The Bamboo Room may attempt to process the payment again. Membership benefits, reservation privileges, and account access may be suspended until any outstanding balance has been paid in full. Members who wish to cancel their membership must submit their cancellation request prior to their next scheduled billing date through The Bamboo Room by contacting The Bamboo Room directly. Cancellation requests received after a membership has renewed will become effective at the end of the current billing period, and no refunds or partial credits will be issued for membership fees that have already been processed. Unless otherwise required by law, all membership fees, package purchases, class credits, guest passes, special event registrations, and promotional purchases are final and non-refundable. Unused reservations, memberships, or package sessions do not carry cash value and may not be redeemed for cash. The Bamboo Room reserves the right to change membership pricing, benefits, billing practices, or membership offerings at any time. Members will receive reasonable advance notice of any material changes affecting recurring membership fees before such changes become effective. The Bamboo Room reserves the right to suspend or terminate memberships for unpaid balances, repeated payment failures, fraudulent activity, abuse of reservation privileges, violation of The Bamboo Room policies, or conduct that negatively impacts the experience of other members or guests. By enrolling in a The Bamboo Room membership, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Membership Billing Policy and authorize The Bamboo Room to process recurring charges in accordance with the membership you selected.
