Our Founders

Carolyn and Kristen built The Bamboo Room because they know firsthand that there is nothing quite like sitting across the table from someone you love, tiles in hand.

What started as personal obsession became a shared mission. After a three-generational intro-to-mahjong party where grandmothers taught daughters who taught granddaughters, the question crystallized: why doesn't Fort Worth have a place like this?
